These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of arhamdigitals.com and the bookkeeping services provided by Arham Digital LLC (“Arham Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide bookkeeping and related services, including monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, catch-up bookkeeping, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable support, and accounting software setup. The specific scope, fees and timeline for each client are set out in a separate proposal or engagement agreement.

Not Tax, Legal or Audit Services

Arham Digital is not a CPA firm. We do not provide tax preparation, tax filing, audit, attest, legal or investment advice services. Our reports are prepared from information you provide and are not audited. Please consult a licensed CPA, tax professional or attorney for such advice.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and timely information and documents
• Review reports and notify us of any errors or questions
• Maintain ownership of and subscriptions to your accounting software
• Make all business and payment decisions, including approval of payments

Fees & Payment

Fees are agreed in your proposal or engagement agreement. Invoices are payable by the due date shown. We may pause services for overdue accounts.

Confidentiality

We keep your business and financial information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law or authorized by you.

Termination

Either party may end services with written notice as described in the engagement agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arham Digital’s total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided to us.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes
