We take full responsibility for sites under our care.
How do I request content changes?
Simply email or WhatsApp us what you need changed — text, images, new sections, whatever it is. We'll confirm receipt and typically complete changes within 24–48 business hours. Professional plan includes up to 2 hours of content updates per month. Additional hours are billed at $50/hour.
Will you update plugins even if it might break something?
We follow a careful update process — we always create a full backup before applying updates, and we test major updates on a staging environment when possible. If an update causes issues, we roll back immediately. Our goal is a site that's secure AND working perfectly.
Do I need to provide hosting or do you include it?
Website management is a maintenance service — it doesn't include hosting. You keep your existing hosting (like Hostinger, SiteGround, or WP Engine). We manage everything on top of your hosting. If you need hosting recommendations or want to upgrade your hosting, we can advise.
Can I cancel anytime?
